companies to exhibit their state-of-the-art technology, products
and services relating to the applications of nanoscience,
nanotechnology and clean technology in the industry.

The exhibition Program is
designed to promote great interaction between the
participants and exhibitors throughout the conference by
having morning coffee breaks, lunch and afternoon breaks
to be held in the exhibition area. In addition,
the poster session and reception will beheld within
convenient proximity to the exhibition area.

Booth
Application and Payment
Booth space is
US$1,850 for a 8'x10' exhibit space, and $1,250 for
a table display exhibit space. The corner space will be
$200 more per corner which is applied for peninsula or an island
booth A deposit in the amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of
the rental for booth space/s requested must accompany the
Exhibit Contract. The balance of the booth rental must be paid
on or before August 15, 2008. The exhibition fees include
an I.D. sign, aisle carpet throughout the exhibit area, general
exhibit hall cleaning, overall security guard service, and two
complimentary exhibitor badges per 8' x 10' booth. Additional
exhibitor badges may be purchased at $250 each.

Arrangement of Exhibits
Standard booth
backgrounds and side rails, decorated with draperies, and a
uniform sign are provided without charge, if ordered by
August 15, 2008.
Staffing of Exhibits
Exhibits must be
staffed during all exhibit hours with qualified employees of the
exhibiting company; these employees must be able to explain or
demonstrate the products or services on display.

Exhibitors will
be provided two complimentary exhibit badges per 8' x 10' booth.
Exhibitors requesting more than two exhibit badges per booth
will be charged a fee of $250 per person. Additional
information regarding badges will be provided in the service
kit.
Exhibitor's Service Kit
An exhibitor's
service kit providing information about ordering drayage,
electrical services, cleaning service, furniture rental, labor,
lead retrieval devices, etc., with a complete list of charges
can be obtained from our General Contractor, the Event
Productions, Inc.(Attention: Exhibitor Services, Tel.
415-254-0707.

are payable directly to the exhibit service company. The kit
will also include forms to request exhibit badges for booth
